About Melillo Method ™

Melillo Method, created by Dr. Robert Melillo, addresses various neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, OCD, Tourette's and other beharvioral and learning disorders by focusing on retained primitive reflexes and hemispheric brain imbalances. These imbalances are corrected by utilizing primitive reflex exercises, hemispheric specific sensory stimulation and motor movements which then stimulates neurons to fire and and connect in under connected areas of the brain in a process called neuroplasicity. Dr. Zaideman is certified in Melillo Method ™ and is a Fellow of the International Board of Functional Neurology in Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

How Does Melillo Method™ Work?

Melillo Method™ focuses on two major principles: Retained primitive reflexes and hemispheric imbalances. These factors create a functional disconnection within the brain leading to an uneveness of skills and symptoms seen neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Zaideman asses each patient and creates a a custom plan to help "wire" these underconnected areas using cutting edge sensory stimulation tools and movement.

Dr. Melillo is a dedicated brain reasearcher and has published numerous scientific papers.
