Thomas Sarratt is an AFPA Certified Health & Wellness Coach who was born and raised in Dalton, Ga. He came to Tallahassee to attend FSU and graduated in 2009. He is a 10yr veteran of the CrossFit community but didn’t truly become interested in long term health and wellness until he suffered a significant injury that kept him out of the gym for almost a year. He realized this had taken a toll not only on his physical health, but also put a strain on his mental health. Upon healing from his injury, Thomas decided to take matters into his own hands by not only returning to consistent exercise, but also taking an ancestral approach to many other aspects of life. The results were dramatic enough that he knew he wanted to help other people achieve similar physical and mental health results as a career. Thomas has a loving relationship with his girlfriend Katie and has a six year old son named Emmett.
